Brooke Goldstein was born in Manhattan and raised in Rockland County, New York. She holds degrees in Dance Performance and Choreography and Sociology, and will pursue a Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy at Sarah Lawrence College this fall. She has trained at institutions including the New York State Summer School of the Arts, American Ballet Theatre, Joffrey Ballet School, and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and has performed internationally at the Florence Dance Festival. Fluent in the language of both movement and research, Brooke is committed to advocacy, inclusion, and the advancement of dance as a discipline. Her experiences in performance, choreography, and academic research, including her project promoting body-neutral language and inclusive practices in dance, have shaped her ambition to pursue a career in arts administration, dance therapy, and community-centered arts programming.
